Your advice is really good but i won't support using a proxy as simple as the one mentioned here,i will suggest the use of VPN.You will download it into your system and it will be there for as long as you want it.You must paid for it to be able to have access to lot of IPs.Opening a Paypal with proxy is dangerous and risky but if you can manage it well,you won't have problem that easy.

but for me it is better not playing with them, if you use VPN to create your account it means your forbid their terms and you are at the end of bigger risk, think about it will make your account can be banned.

what i can advise is just sign up for payment processor that is available on your area for sure there would be one available. If you got caught your account willl be restricted and to lift the restriction it would require you to confirm a card or a bank registered on your country.

Imagine after working so weeks to get a payout on your sites and your account gets frozen so you cant withdraw. If paypal is not supported in your area and the site allows other payment processors, i suggest you use those other ecurrencies to be on the safe side.

Sooner you will get a big problem with your account with that issues. By the way, i cant think much why we are going to continue on doing a violation in their rules as they will easily know it if we violate or not. I do suggest dont use proxy or any activity if you are in blacklisted country.
